Job 2: Organic Synthesis Researcher (5-10 people)

Job requirements:

1) Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry;

2) Those with relevant work experience are preferred;

3) Those with analytical spectrum capabilities (NMR, MS, HPLC/GC) are preferred;

4) Experience in laboratory synthesis route enlargement and industrialization, understanding of kilogram laboratory and pilot and pilot workshop operators is preferred;

5) Diligent and down-to-earth, strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit; strong learning ability, a certain ability to analyze and solve problems;

6) Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, work seriously and responsibly.

Work responsibilities:

1) Complete all work according to the instructions of the superior, and make clear and complete experimental records in accordance with the requirements;

2) Report the experimental results and problems encountered during the experiment to the superior in time;

3) Able to complete small batch (mg level) or larger batch (kg level) chemical synthesis projects under the guidance of senior researchers;

4) According to the needs of the project, complete other matters accounted by the superior.

Salary treatment (specific negotiation):

1) Comprehensive salary: 6500+

2) Salary composition: basic salary + project commission + performance bonus + year-end bonus + paid annual leave
